About Me

J. Paige Frampton, P.C.J. Paige Frampton is an attorney barred in the states of Pennsylvania and Maryland. For over seven years, she has devoted her practice exclusively to social security disability representing thousands of claimants on a local and nationwide basis from initial application to hearing level. Ms. Frampton has appeared on the syndicated talk show, American Law Journal addressing changes in the social security disability regulations and has been a guest speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute regarding the interplay between social security disability and worker’s compensation benefits.  She has been voted a “Rising Star” by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Philadelphia Magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Originally from Chester County, Pennsylvania, Ms. Frampton earned her BA degree from Temple University in 1993. Subsequently she received a Paralegal Certificate in Public and Administrative Law and worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office from 1994-1996 in its Victim Witness Unit. She later graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1999 and was an assistant prosecutor for the Delaware Department of Justice in Wilmington.  Since 2001, Ms. Frampton has worked exclusively in the field of social security disability.  She is a member of NOSSCR (National Organization of Claimant’s Representatives), NADR (National Association of Disability Representatives), the Chester County Bar Association and the West Chester Chamber of Commerce.
